Well said. Thankfully you covered all your bases by noting that every server/cook isn't like this. I can speak from personal experience-being a recovering addict that once worked as a server-it's not easy. I would leave work with my buddy who was a cook on the line and drive to downtown Philadelphia to get our goods and then drive to some girls house or party in the middle of nowhere just to make it back by 8am the next morning to get back to work. It's a miserable existence.
I know there are people that will say it's my fault for doing drugs but you won't know what it's like to try and quit until you do.
