Today we will prepare meat with an unusual sauce from plums (tkemali)
Required products:
Meat – 600-700 gram
Sauce from plums (tkemali) (can be replaced with adzhika) - 100-150 grams
Cilantro - 7 sprig
Potatoes - 600-700 grams
Onion - 2 pieces
Cut the meat into small pieces (about 5 centimeters), add the sauce .
Cut the greens. Stir with the meat.
Then place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
After add the potatoes and onions , bake for 40-60 minutes (depending on the type of meat).
