They look nice. At least, the pair without egg. In fact, I kind of wondered where the egg came from as you didn't really introduce them properly! ;) Whilst I do like egg, and whilst I doubt it's the weirdest culinary combo in the world, egg in capiscum is a little bit weird imho. But as I say, the other pair look delicious.

ohh ya sorry, eggs go onto the melted cheese and in to cook under the grill...ya its mostly breakfast and brunch food with the egg...i like to stuff with a cous cous, mushroom and onion mix for a dinner course...thanks for taking a look :-)
