[INGREDIENTS]

BASIC: Pork Neck 400g, Chicory, Beet Leaves, 2 eggs, Cherry Tomatoes, 5 Garlic, 5 Shallots, Canned Pineapple, Shred Mozzarella Cheese, Rosemary

Salad Dressing: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 slices of panned pineapple, 1 tablespoon juice of canned pineapple, 1/8 onion, 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper

Steak Sauce: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons refined rice wine, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons oligosaccharide, 1/2 cup water, pepper


1st, finely mince the meat

2nd, marinate the meat

3rd, cut the 2 pieces of canned pineapple and 1/8 onion

4th, blend all ingredients for salad dressing

5th, mix all ingredients to make sauce for pork steak

6th, cut the beet leaves and chicory

7th, destem cherry tomatoes, cut garlics and shallots in half

8th, fry vegetables

9th, fry eggs

10th, fry pork steak til tops are golden brown

11th, add sauce

12th, add canned pineapple and boil them down together in sauce

13th serve the pork steak with garnishes and salad
