Hi everyone,
This is the first vegan recipe from my experimental vegan kitchen. This is a very easy and delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
1 head of celery
2 celery leaves (for topping)
1 celery rib
2 small potatoes
2 big carrots
1 small chopped onion
4 chopped garlic
300 ml plant-based milk (coconut or almond)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoon olive oil
500 ml Vegetable Broth
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Chop equally all the vegetables in a very small size
Heat coconut and olive oil together and add garlic and onions
Then add all vegetables, and stir until they look tender
Add salt, pepper, turmeric, and nutmeg
Add coconut or almond milk leave until boil
Add vegetable broth and cook 15 minutes
Serve with chopped celery leaves
I do not prefer blending. I like to see every vegetable in my spoon.
