Desde muy temprana edad despertó en mi la curiosidad por los fogones y el aroma que desde allí impregnaban mi hogar. Siendo mi padre de origen español y mi madre venezolana, los olores y sabores de la sazón del caribe y del Mediterraneo, se mezclaban para dar origen a la más grande pasión que he tenido. La cocina. Actualmente soy chef de mi propio restaurante, El Lajao, ubicado en la isla de Margarita en el Caribe Venezolano; en donde he tenido la oportunidad de realizar los más variados y exóticos platos de esa fusión caribe y mediterranea. Me encanta la oportunidad de compartir con ustedes algunas de estas recetas.

At a very early age a curiosity arose for the kitchen and the smells that filled our home. Being my father from Spain and my mom from Venezuela, the smells and tastes from both, the caribbean and the mediterranean, mixed to give birth to the greatest passion i've ever had.
