Yup, really home-cooking, my SSFLππ! I have Beef Shanks in my freezer, I will thaw in the ref tomorrow, and cook Osso Bucco on Saturday!!! Now that... Osso Bucco... is the real down home cooking, hearty, fall-off-the-bone beef deliciousness.
