Salmon Avocado Carpaccio

The fat-rich fruit over the past few years has gone an amazing way from a hipster snack to the usual diet component of a city dweller. The popularity of avocados has increased as a super food.

Ingredients


  • ½ cup walnuts;
  • ½ tablespoon butter;
  • ½ teaspoon of salt;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
  • 6 cherries;
  • 30 g smoked salmon.

Cooking



Toast the nuts over high heat for 1 minute. Add oil and keep on the stove for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle them with a pinch of salt and pepper. Put nuts on paper towels.

Cut avocados into thin slices and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with salt, pour olive oil. Cut the cherry in half, take out the seeds and put it on a plate. Cut salmon into small pieces, lay on top. Crumble walnuts on a plate.
