Let's create a topic for those liking to cook, bake and shake...
Ginger lemonade (with alocohol if desired)
- 6 lemons
- 150 grams fresh ginger
- 2 stems lemongrass
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 100 grams sugar
- fresh mint
- ice
- 1 liter water
Squeeze 5 lemons and pour the juice without the seeds into a carafe (bottle).
Cut the other lemon into slices and add them to the carafe lemon juice.
In the meantime boil some water in a cooking pot.
Peel the ginger and cut the tubers into slices, also crush the lemongrass and break the stems into big pieces.
Remove the seeds from the vanilla pod by cutting it lengthwise and scraping it end to end.
Put the seeds and the pod into the carafe and add the cinnamon stick with it.
Now add the sugar to the mixture and pour the boiling water over it.
Now place the carafe into the fridge till it's cold.
When it's cold add a nice serving ice into a glass, add some leaves mint and pour with the cold ginger lemonade.
Add some vodka if desired!
Spaghetti Carbonara (Special)
- 5 eggs
- 150 grams parmigiano
- 5 - 10 grams baking butter
- some thyme
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 400 grams ground beef
- packet of spaghetti
Add water to a boiler to boil the spaghetti.
Into a frying pan add the baking butter and beef.
Add some pepper and thyme and bake the beef till it's nice browned.
It's time to add the spaghetti to the water.
In the meanwhile scrape the parmigiano and put it into a bowl.
Add the 5 eggs and spice it with some pepper and enough nutmeg.
Stir everything and wait till the spaghetti it ready.
When you drained the spaghetti do it back into the boiler and pour the mixture and beef over it.
Stir everything another time and it's ready to serve.
Now I'm in the mood for a nice cocktail. :)
