Cool post. Silly though how people still think a few ground up grass seeds make you fat. Might be all the cheese, peperoni, and bacon that people put on pizza usually. Just sayin'.

@jyarf, I understand, but keep in mind obesity inst an eating problem like it appears, its a hormone problem. That hormone is insulin. If you keep eating foods that are always spiking your insulin, like sugar and huge amounts of carbohydrates, you will put on weight. You don't have to worry about that with fats, meat, and veggies :)
