Agree - I was a vegan for 4 years and now eat meat and feel stronger. Everyone is different. Western Price wrote much about the goodness of meat - maybe this is all a strange psyop. For me the sugar and wheat flour is much worse than meat.....but i'm a flexitarian these days :-p
