Today i want to give my second easy recipe, the first one was (Home Cooking Part 1 - Roasted Potato Cake )
Today i wanted to have Menemen for my breakfast and that was yummy, i have just eaten it! :)
I wanted share with you this amazing meals recipe with you because i am sure you gonna love it.. Very simple and with few ingredient.. You can eat Menemen in every meal but i usually prefer for breakfast..
There are too many different kind of cooking style for Menemen but i show you my recipe which i believe the best :)
Let me show you how to cook it:
Ingredients:
Tomato (Planed)
Tomato (Oure)
Onion
Green Pepper
Eggs
Butter
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Salt

Here we go! We start with the onions.. You need to roast the onions with Butter and Olive Oil

5 Minutes later

And you need to add the green peppers to onions..

After adding green peppers you need to keep roasting..

5 Minutes later

And now we have to add the planed tomato and tomato pure inside..

3 Minutes Later

And now we add black pepper and salt..

When you see the bubbles that means your sauce is done and you need to add the eggs..

You can add howmany eggs you like, i usually prefer 3 but you can add between 1 and 5..

You need to mix the eggs with your sauce..

And 2 minutes later your meal would be ready for eat! :)
