Now that I have to live by myself and do all the cooking, cleaning and other chors around the house Ive decided to start a Cooking Series.
In today's lesson I will give you the best steps to take to boil an egg in perfect condition to be tasty and healthy.
Step 1)
Place the eggs in saucepan large enough to hold them in single layer. Then add cold water to cover eggs by 1 inch. Use high heat just to boiling.
Step 2)
Remove from burner. Cover the pan. Let the eggs stay in hot water about 12 minutes for large eggs (9 minutes for medium eggs; 15 minutes for extra large).
Step 3)
Drain immediately and serve warm. OR, cool completely under cold running water or in bowl of ice water.
