Sambal Tempe Penyet
Material:
- 250 grams of tempe
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- Right amount of oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, puree
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Ground spices: - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 10 pieces of red pepper, fried
- 10 grains of red onion, fried
- 4 cloves of garlic, fried
- 1 teaspoon kencur
- 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste * grilled or fried
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
- Soak the tempeh in a mixture of garlic, coriander, salt, and air.
- Heat oil to taste, then fry the tempeh until it becomes cooked.
- Lift and drain immediately.
- Heat some remaining oil frying tempeh, saute the spices smooth until cooked, and smell good. Lift.
- Mix the spices with a spice soft tempe.
- Tempe penyet then give the remaining oil fried tempe, and soy sauce sesame.
- Serve warm
Eat dnegan warm white rice so much better,
