Filipino Chicken Adobo
Ingredients
2 pieces Dried Bay Leaves
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon White Vinegar
3 cloves Garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 medium Onion, sliced
2 cups Water
Sugar,Salt and Fresh Black Peppercorn
Fat for fried
Making Steps
In a pan pour the fat and fried the drumstick on two side until golden and crispy,set aside.
Prepare the skillet and saute onion with 2 tablespoon fat till color change, pour-in the remaining marinade and add water. Don't forget add in the bay leaves and black peppercorn, simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
Seasoning with salt, sugar, and 1 table vinegar, cook a little more and turn off the heat.
Now Your Filipino Chicken Adobo is ready to serve, serve it with baked potato or white rice...hmm yummy.
