Fried Chicken Potato Ball With Tomatoes Sauce
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Flour
2 Onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Pepper powder
1/2 tablespoon Grated Garlic
3 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs
Fat for Frying
5 clove Garlic, finely chopped
2 cm Ginger, finely chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
2 tablespoon Tomatoes Paste
1 1/2 cup Water
2 tablespoon Butter
Sugar and Salt
Making Steps
Dip a ball in the beaten egg than roll over in bread crumbs and fry. Do the same way for the rest of the balls, set aside
Tomatoes Sauce: Saute garlic, ginger and onion with butter until fragrant, add in chopped pepper and cooked till withered, enter the water and add in the tomatoes sauce, thicken with mixture cornstarch and seasoning with salt and sugar. Add in all the balls and shimmer for awhile and off the fire.
