Some tasks can be done only by adult peoples which know the topic.
The result is that there is always a group which leads the rest based on the general public's perception of the righenousity of their arguments.
And it's not neccessarily the same peoples for every topic.

But I think in anything, liars should be discredited.
In Germany, the election process eliminates the representation of over 50% of the voters and the BRD calls itself "Democraty".

30% don't want to transfer their vote to parties (don't vote at all)
15% fall below the 5%-barrier.
more than 15% are voting for parties and representatives which represent themselves in less than 80% of points.

I don't know why so many are still voting - do they not understand the math?
