Do I understand correctly, there is an actual human being who curates the content before it receives an upvote? I have noticed very good content receiving the support of this project and was curious to know how that has come to be. In contrast, a lot of inferior content is upvoted automatically by bots where a human curator has been removed from the upvote decision.
