The last alpine hike of the season, up through the Drinnon Pass in Valhalla Provincial Park in British Columbia, Canada all the way to Gwilliam Lakes. The trail is steep, rocky and challenging in spots, but it's well maintained and as always, the view is well worth the effort.
This beautiful view sits at 2170m in elevation and takes a leisurely few hours to hike to from the rugged FSR that leads you to the trailhead. If you ever find yourself in the Slocan Valley of the Kootenay Region this hike is definitely worth the work.
What a great entry. Thank you so much for your submission. Please stay tuned for the winner announcement. Tomas
