'Just stop worrying'. I spent way too much time worrying about everything in my life and to see extent I still do. I would have told my younger self to live more, worry less. Trust the process. It's so important because all of those things we spend all the time worrying about..? They almost always never happen anyway!
That's a good piece of advice! The good part is that you can say it to yourself today ;) We do worry too much sometimes and life is TOO short to worry! :D

I have not had the best 10 years and have many regrets over the years where I have turned down opportunities because I was worried over one thing or another. I wish I could go back and tell my younger self to not care so much and do all the stuff I didn't. Hopefully I'd get the message in just 3 words.

I'd say to myself, "Job Well Done". Not that my life is perf rn, it's just that whatever I have today is worth thanking for. I may have mistakes in the past but those mistakes helped me to become what kind of person I am today. Im happy and learning in life. :)

sometimes you just need to believe in yourself, don't hesitate to try new things or don't be afraid to fail bacause in those things you can learn a lot of lessons, and you are not only making yourself stronger, you are also getting outside of your comfort zone.
always put this in your mind, "the only real failure in life is the failure to try."
