LOL , the plan was to capture a clip of movement , to create a gif or so , sadly my fraps don't work no more .
By adjusting rendering and then use spacebar to stop motion .
for saving I used the window's siccors program with some paint .
To create that little fireball .
It's that simple to do compete , and do not forget the link ... ;-)
Using print screen and then selecting the graphics part with MS Paint allowed me to get an image while in motion:
