THE HAPPIEST FAMILY OF CLOWNS
This almost appears to be a metaphor for Insane Clown Posse. Where the baby is how they view the justice system in their endless fight to not be classified to be a gang by it. The clock is slowly counting down to zero to show their frustration and loss of willpower to keep fighting. Their out of style makeup is an attempted to recreate a new image not associated with the paintbrush they have been painted with by society. That or its 3:30 am when I wrote this and I just need some sleep.
You can’t but help feel bad for the clowns in the image they look sad, depressed, and intimidated towards the objects they are holding.
