This link catches my attention. Indeed so true that sometimes the best remedy for relieving stressful moments is by hanging outs with your surroundings. Appreciating the beauty and quietness of nature makes your emotion calm and your mind rejuvenate. Watching the birds flying in mid-air, singing their own lullaby and the warmest of air the air that touches your being is truly an awesome experience that your soul can appreciate.
