Yeah - you can anonymously buy a ticket and if you win you go to the shop where you bought the ticket with your ID to claim the price.
If you don't within a certain time period (I don't know how long that would be) the money will go back into the lottery account.
But if I ever win, they know who I am and I will be contacted :)
