Poker Reminders

I am working on code to send a message to players in their wallets when sign-ups are out. Some may receive one this week. Right now it will only send if you are following @ccasino. If you want/dont want to get these please follow/unfollow @ccasino. I am planning on making it so that I can send them to just those @ccasino is following but we will see. Any suggestions or concerns please let me know.
