- train with a buddy that motivates you to go the gym everyday.
- eat clean and healthy
- read the blogs of @yasminep :)
- try to break your own records... (you vs you)
- sleep and rest good.
When you start to see the difference, that will motivate you the most.

I think that if you challenge yourself, you will achieve the most results.
To motivate yourself you must have goals that you want to achieve. Challenge yourself...
and ofcourse follow and read the blogs of @yasminep :)
I'm also having the same motivation way as you do, @mrtitanium. I believe having goals is one way for us to keep striving, keep challenging ourselves and keep growing. Only then, I feel truly alive. Keep going @mrtitanium!
