Thank you very much for participating guys! I am so grateful to each of you. I have read all the stories and I am deeply moved to see acts of kindness in different forms. By the way, I was only going to reward 10 stories each round, but because this is record breaking, I decided to reward all the entries.

You have no idea how much it warms my heart everytime a new story is added in the comment section of my contest post. I may not be able to give you big prizes for this, but I know you have been rewarded with priceless feelings from helping others, and that is way beyond what money can give.

May you continue to spread positivity everyday. Let us try to make this world better through our little acts of kindness. Who knows this little good deeds will make a difference someday. 😉

Hi @olivia08. It was a very brave thing to do and glad that what you did made an impact. Sometimes, all it takes for us notice our flaws, is for someone to point it out to us. And there are times that nobody has the courage to stand up and tell someone that what they're doing is not right anymore, but you did. Thank you for sharing your story. ☺️

Thank you maam.@meetmysuperego

Here I am once again..

Im @olivia08,It has been a long time that I am working in a distant land here in the dessert where we could meet different people with different nationality, different color different faces and different attitudes with their own culture.Even the taste of food we have different in procedure just like the life of the human in the universe we have different spices. In behalf of our differences each one of us must take responsible so we should be united. But there are times that they could not handle everything and having misunderstanding.

Being the oldest of them all,it was my obligation to find a way for reconcilliation. I love my fellow worker and I wanted our unity.

Before I was only the Filipina and I had a good relation with them when I was new until all of them were gone and another batch of friends coming.
Now i am the oldest worker and all of my new friends are from Philippines because maid from Indonesia were not allowed to come here
Their government banned them in coming Saudi Arabia.

I am so lucky for I have a good employer but there are employer that is not good.So I help them to secure Filipino foods and other necessity.

Lately there was a new comer from Iligan City and it was her birthday so I invited all my Filipina friend to come in my employers house.I initiated a birthday party and I was the one who cooked our food and even.I was so tired but I gave time for my fellos OFW to be happy. Thanks to my employer they gave us time and consideration to enjoy wkth my friends

Above all I thank the Lord for He gave me courage to e a good person to them and this is what I Make A Difference in my life being an OFW

Here we go enjoy watching one of our video last January 2018

Again thank you so much.
God bless us.

I wanted to do something different, I published it on my blog so that it would reach many people and join by all means.

Well, thinking about it very well I have shared great experiences with my friends, I think that's why we are so united.

In an opportunity different from the one I shared mainly; We decided to collect for the children with what the residents of the adjacent places decided to collaborate on clothes, shoes, toys, school supplies, everything would be well received.

IMG_20171201_121653 (1).jpg

To get people's attention, we decided to create an advertising stand in which we painted the faces of the children, and even the adults too!

IMG_20171201_082502 (1).jpg

We give candy and even play with balloons and balls. A very pleasant experience seeing so many smiles of children was very satisfying.

At the end of the day we did a count, we had many beautiful toys and clothes, and even money!

Everything was taken to a children's foundation.

Am grateful dear @meetmysuperego, don't you think that everyone should have a certain limit to stop participating.

Let's say every participant can only participate for five rounds then after that you sign out.

What do you think, the suggestion is inorder to help others benefit too.

Hi Mam @cherylsonty. Thank you for your suggestion. I might set limits when I start receiving so many entries. Currently, there are still few people who knows this contest, and I still get very few participants, so I'm encouraging everyone to join over and over again. Thank you so much for participating always. I really appreciate it. You may still send your entry, I love reading them. 💚

Hello @meetmysuperego, here's my entry:

When I was in college I joined a religious organization called “Kalinaw Ni Kristo” and one of our missions is to take care of the street children in Cagayan de Oro most particularly those who are roaming around Divisoria a place very near to our school.

What we need to do is to know them by heart , learn their stories and understand why they are scattered on the streets instead of living with their respective families so out from our own allowances we provide them bread to eat while we are talking to them, and sometimes sing with them and that includes praying with them too.

Then comes the planning stage. When we learned that one boy wants to go home but he don’t have money to pay for the fare (he lives in Surigao City, about 8 hours travel from Cagayan de Oro), we opened it up to our moderator then asked for financial support so we could bring the child to his family.

After few days of preparing everything we need which includes securing passes for our transportation and a little gift (cash) to the boy’s mother, me and my friend (now a successful surgeon) together with the boy travelled to Surigao City.

I can still remember how it feels making someone very happy to have her son back after weeks or months being away without even knowing where to find him. And even if she wants to look for him she also don’t have enough money to use since she was only working as a dish washer.

After many years I still remember this good deeds (both of us never been in that place before so it was a kind of adventure and a challenge) I had done in the past and will surely treasure for the rest of my life.

I thank God for that opportunity.

My entry for this week:

It happened just exactly a week today, my friend gave birth through CS and lost the baby.

It's such a pity, i was really heart broken because i knew all she went through when she was pregnant, her meals were tasteless, because she always had high blood pressure, so her meals were made separately without salt and more of vegetables.

I couldn't believe that after all the stress, the baby didn't still make it.

Unfortunately her mother is a very old woman, though she came around but she cudn't do much.

So i just had to be shuttling down daily to the hospital and her house because i was now the one going to the market to buy foodstuffs, make her food and also keep her company before evening i would now go back to my own house.

It hasnt been easy but i just have to be there for her.

The good thing is that she's getting stronger by the day.

I give God all the glory!

Do you want to know how I made the difference? It is a reality that in my country Venezuela, there is a serious economic situation. There are also many problems to feed. For this reason, my community service took place in a public school with elementary school children. This work consisted of conducting surveys to the children about what they are eating. We show children all the nutrients contained in the food of our region through games. We also reward children with nutritious food and inform parents about alternative feeding in times of crisis. This work was really rewarding and sometimes a little sad because of the stories of the children. However, they were very happy every time we visited them, every day they learned more and they felt motivated. That's why I'm sure it was worth the 120 hours we were in this work.

Uhm, sasali sana ako kaso ayaw ko mag-announce ng good deed ko. Wait lang yung good deed ng iba n lng pwede? Or maybe i should think about some good deed I've done before. Am not much into keeping track of my good deeds. Hmmm... Lemme see.

Contest ends until post payout? Is that right?

Awesome contest making a difference means a lot to me so hope to see more contests like this.

Is it still going on?
