Simple:
1.) Choose any post that you wish to promote and copy its link.
2.) Click on #happystream tag and navigate to the page.
3.) Paste the URL of the post you wish to promote into the Post Promotion category and probably best to say something about the post to make it sound good to possible readers.
4.) Return here and choose a number as explained in the rules above.
