I am an origami enthusiast who has just posted a tutorial on how to make your own earrings. I've been on steemit for just under 2 months and am enjoying the community engagement specifically @ivan-g who also posts about origami, @Kristyglas who is working hard to improve her already impressive art skills, @marblely and @cryptocariad who regularly post lovely posts for needlework Monday as well as try the origami posted by myself and ivan-g. The lovely team at fiftywords led by @jayna who I have only recently found and the people actively engaging little redfish like me with their daily faucet competitions such as: @nexit, @rentmoney and @mapleleaf123 making them fun and engaging.

Any of the above who still meet your criteria are all deserving.
Thank you so much for the mention @gmatthe2... We need all the help we can get ... I've just seen the tutorial and I will and make some earrings... they look so beautiful !
Aaww.. thank you for the mention too @gmatthe2! 😘😘😘 So little SPs and VPs but we will get there some day!
Impressive stuff @gmatthe2 , you were added to the list. The upvotes are not big but should be quite consistent.
I did not know there was an origami community on Steemit, I actually enjoy that kind of content and followed. I will probably have strong urge to also try to make some of the things you made. I remember once seeing a video on youtube from vihart who made me try out folding a hexa flexagon, really loved that.
Anything you could advice me that is also quite easy to do with 8-12 year old kids, looks like an excellent activity do do with my nieces.
Thanks for mentioning so many steemians and good luck grinding your way up there. I am quite confident you will be able to do it
Basically anything that you can then play with, keeping in mind that if there are more steps then their age they might get bored.
Boxes with lids
Drinking fish
Fortune teller
Boats
Things that spin
Architectural origami (origami lego) is also great fun.
