Sooo... Mistakes were made. While cooking I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture when it looked more appealing and appetizing. This is what was left over after eating.. I will finish eating the remains now.. My bad. Im heading to New Orleans, Louisiana. Hoping to have some good BBQ down there. Ill post some pic's in the coming days when im back!

hahaha... LOVE it... an empty plate is a much better testament to the food being good than a photo that makes it LOOK good before it :-) Thanks for sharing, and enjoy New Orleans... haven't made it that far myself yet... but definitely on my TODO list.
