Hands down The Simpsons perhaps it was Bart vs. the Space Mutants. I was a huge Simpsons fan growing up and this was just a must have to get. While I don’t recall most of the game I do recall struggling hard trying get past a sewer level to the point I about quite the game. It was a great lesson for me in gaming as when I did finally get past the level I just felt such accomplishment that it still to this day is something I can somewhat recall. Games back than where hard but still felt rewarding when you beat them. Not like stuff today where they almost had you stuff for doing nothing in most of them.
For some reason I recall graffiti and just skateboarding in and out of different levels. Hard to tell with how young I was at the time that is a true memory or just one I’ve created. Either way for a game to have lasted that long in my memory makes it better than any super Mario game, or even my close second Felix The Cat.
Just something back than about passing off the control to a friend and having them complete a level and you would just which back and forth. If you failed a level than the other kid got a try at trying beating that level to one up you. After N64 I never played Nintendo again as I just loved computers after that.
