It seems that most people around the world (except here) are able to speak two languages. But here, dialects and accents can be very different. When I moved from North Carolina to Arizona people had a hard time understanding what I said even though we both spoke English. It seems the further west you go the less you sound like you are from England. If that makes sense. I actually have had people ask me if I am from Australia.
