i have yet to put my hand on steemit blogs to identify the potential and quality writers. Yet, I am here to support the show with my little power but I am sure it add to the fund to reward those who deserves.

@digitalmind what you may find helpful is to visit each entry this week and lend a little support to those who are featured. As you do this you will see who others thought worthy of featuring and get a feel for the contest. At the same time you will be doing exactly what I hope this contest will do which is support the featured bloggers and get them some much deserved rewards for their efforts.
What is quality is pretty subjective so as long as it's 200 words or longer of original content then we are good with it. Not trying to tell people what is quality, but each judge will pick their winner based on what they consider to be the entries with the 2 highest quality featured posts so there is an incentive to try for well written posts.
yes, that is the least I could do for now. But I shall submit my Pay It Forward post in next few days.
p.s. I wills tart to visit those featured post and send them some support with my little SP though
