RE: CONTEST - THANK YOU ECONOMY WEEK 17 | 5 SBI SHARES

That's what happens when you write 1500 comments a week.
I'm doing well, I've been trying to cram as much work in as I possibly can... after the setback with the other contractor, that kind of hurt the finances a bit. I have to get the finances back on track, unfortunately, steem will not do that just yet. So the steem stuff has to take a back seat to working and making money at the moment.

howdy today sir coinsandchains! I understand about the priorities, Mrs. J does too! But you think Steem will come back? What if it bottoms out and then stays there?

I think Crypto is here to stay, It's going to have ups and downs. I think steem and steem inc. adapted slower than they should have. They just wanted to create the backbone and let others develop the frontends etc. Which is fine but you lose massive amounts of momentum with everyone going their own way creating hundreds of dApps with no real design on the future, or a slow to fulfill design on the future.

Imagine if all of these creators and programmers on here could be pointed in the same direction with aligned goals to benefit everyone, the amount of work that could be accomplished is staggering.

It will come back, but may take a bit.

ok but do you think that steem will be one of the cryptos that survive long term?
I agree that if they worked together like you said it would be amazing!

I think it will survive. Steem Inc does worry me a bit, but even if they go belly up there are enough devs and large stake holders that they could hold it together. My actual worry with Steem Inc is that they really have no clear-cut way to make a profit. They have a load of steem but if they dump large amounts it tends to crash the prices.

wow sir coinsandchains if you don't have a way to make a profit then is it even a business?
