Fruits are one of the divine creation of nature which are used as a source of nutrients and energy by almost all living being on this planet.

Different types of fruit gives us different nutrients so it is very essential for us to consume varieties of fruits. Nature also has made an unique arrangement, as our requirement of nutrients in different weather is different so fruits also comes according to that requirements. Locally grown fruits are considered the best as it contains all required nutrients and calories which required for living being of that region where fruit grown in that weather.

As Steemit is used in all over the world so it gives us an opportunity to know about different people of different region. In this Fresh fruit juice challenge we will get an opportunity to know varieties of fruits and how it consumed in different part of the world.

How to Participate

We kept this contest very easy so maximum no of steemians can participate. You just have to make juice of any single or more fruit or fruit mixed with vegetables.

Eligibility Rules

There are no hard and strict rules but if you follow the guideline it will be helpful to run this contest successfully and you will get a chance to know varieties of fruit juice recipes.

• Juice must be made of fresh fruits(No frozen or preserved fruits but dry fruits can be used) .Other ingredients like sweetener/milk etc should not be added. Water can be added if required. Some spices can be used to balance the taste.
• Juice can be made of single or mixed fruits. Vegetables can be added but one ingredient must be a fruit or dry fruit. See here Definition of fruit and vegetable just for reference.
• Just Upvote & Resteem this contest post It is completely optional, but it will help to popularize this contest.
• While making post, tag #FruitJuiceChallenge is a must as one of your tags. #vegan tag is optional, but advantage of vegan tag is that your post will reach to targeted steemians.
• SUGGESTED TITLE OF THE POST Fresh Fruit Juice Challenge : (Name or your recipe)
• There should be at least 3 photographs in your post showing Ingredients, procedure and final product You can add up to 5 photographs.
• Make description short and informative.
• After making post share the link in the comment section of this post.
• DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY - 24 Hours before post payout.

Winner Selection Criteria

Entries will be evaluated on the following criteria-

• Freshness and quality of fruits.(25%)
• Procedure to make juice.(25%)
• Quality of photographs and how informative is the description.(25%)
• Presentation of the juice. (25%)
