VR has been oversold. It's nice for gaming and pictures. I remember an application to finance that never happened because of its low value. In general, I don't buy the hype associated with any new technologies.

I think VR will be really fun once it's developed. Right now it's just a headache for me :P
I am somewhat interested in virtual reality devices. I have tried Playstation VR and the HTC Vive VR devices. Both were fun to use.

Hi bunny , i have no idea on what vitual reality is . in fact it's my first time to hear about it. i'll try to learn more about it after work
Excited, but mostly gaming. Really useful is probably training sims, e.g. for surgeon training, flight sims etc. Not sure if anything else.
I want to give an example from the perspective of virtual reality. I was very excited when I saw that the people who used the glasses were having trouble standing up. When I first used it, I lost balance and excitement. I get used to it all the time. This tool is great!
As technology advances, new products are emerging. This excites me. I think in the future you will come to better places with your virtual reality. The future will be crazy!
well, i think is interesting to explore something new but having said that, how the virtual reality will affect the reality we are living in? Do you guys think it will benefit us?

At the Mobile World Congress in 2015, Samsung teamed up with Oculus, introducing the Gear VR device, which turned the Galaxy Note 4 into a device to enter the virtual world.
Virtual reality is a breakthrough for technology, although I've never used it, it seems interesting because it mixes reality with the virtual and does not transport an unreal world
A lot! It would be fantastic because of the feeling of being able to interact without limits in the virtual world.
It is a new technology that gives rise to many things in the future, apart from the fact that it is good to get out of the routine and distract us for a while.

Very enthusiastic .. But nothing in Exeso is good. So in the same way you have to take things easy With regard to virtual reality.
Having seen it being mentioned since I was a kid in the '90ies it is hard not being slightly skeptic. On the other hand, it surely seems to be a growing industry and sooner or later, it must break trough.
Very much excited. Gaming will be a lot of fun.
I would love to experience it at some point but it is not something that I am actually looking forward to.

Highly excited, but less for the sake of entertainment. I think that VR has a lot more interesting applications when it comes to education.

VR is pretty cool and am much excited about it, VR has a lot of possibilities to exploit from, there are quite a number of amazing apps that could be really interesting and beneficial to us in various ways, ranging from education, social community, entertainment, the gaming world, science, just to mention a few.
I'm more excited that I re-steemed this post.

I think augmented reality is what I'm really looking forward to now as we can manipulate the real world around us and offer an enhanced life experience.

I'm super excited about possiblity of existing virtual reality!
Virtual reality makes you see things in the perspectives of very little details, some people might not get to be underwater or be in a battlefield but virtual reality takes you to these places and back, it's a imaginative experience that exposes reality. I'm so glad it's come to stay
I'm not real excited about VR. It is going to get interesting, and as the other physical gadgets(non-visual) get cheaper a lot more people will start getting deeper in. When people can easily afford something more than just the goggles, it will start becoming highly adictive.
One thing that I think will get really big though, is virtual assets within game worlds. Think D&D or Second Life and basically virtual real estate. It's been going on for a while but with the addition of VR, it won't just be us nerds playing or mamma's boy basement dwellers.
Virtual reality is the future of information technology , I am looking it penetrates in every expect of life.
Virtual reality, who’s to say this isn’t virtual reality? Physicists are saying at the smallest possible measure everything is made of a code with seemingly logic so this could very well be considered virtual reality.

The idea that people could learn surgeries or nuclear reactor maintenance in a completely danger-free environment is amazing... as would visiting places we can't honestly get to.

It seems pretty cool but I can't say that I have used any modern VR stuff. I remember trying a super early VR game in the 90's but it was pretty much just a Playstation 1 game in 3d.
Virtual reality is still unexplored but will surely be explored in coming 5 years time I believe.
I think virtual reality is an awesome technology. We can transport ourselves to imagined environment using such technology. It's really exciting.
