I really enjoyed my music education. I always sucked at art, but music I was a natural.
When I was 9 I went to choir practice and was given a rugby ball and encouraged to go play outside. I also went to art class and the same thing happened. I've been playing rugby ever since.
My case is special, I got daily physical punishment in arts class, and this is the biggest contribution of arts education in my school life.

Good questions. I think the issue with arts and arts education is that the benefits are not necessarily obvious. It's like a nice view from your lounge room window. You don't necessarily notice it but it's always in your peripheral vision, always affecting you.

la educación artística para mi ha sido uno de los motivos por los cuales en me mantengo hoy en día estable, ya que específicamente al dibujar puedo encontrar la paz que siempre he querido tener, es un escape a los problemas de la vida diaria, y me sirve de inspiración, eventualmente cuando era un niño era muy penoso y de bajo carácter y una de las formas de pasar el tiempo era dibujando todo aquello que veía particularmente, pero así como el arte me acompañaba en mis momentos de soledad también me acompaño a la hora de empezar nuevos retos y hacer grandes amigos, ya que muchos aprecian los dibujos y se maravillan por las cosas que se puede hacer con un simple lápiz, puedo decir que he conocido grandes amigos y he vivido momentos felices gracias a ello, y que a pesar de un día pensé en dejarlo, rectifique mi camino por que el arte de dibujar me define quien soy, y al perder ello me perdería como persona e individuo. les dejo una muestra de uno de mis dibujos de mi anime favorito Naruto realmente no es

Although I manage to do artsy stuff well enough and I am after music school, I have always had problems with art classes at school, because more important than talent (I can sound immodest, I'm sorry) was that I didn't go to school chorus classes (I had a lot of other extracurricular activities and I just couldn't physically do it) and I always had a underestimated low grade in art and music lessons...
I learnt alot about things in Art that I might not have ever thought about on my own
artistic education helped me to express certain talents and give me the opportunity to express what I can not with words.
Bringing out the best in me , inspires me to do things that convey beauty and spirituality
Arts has to do with creativity. It makes us to be creative in life. It brings us close to nature and makes us to appreciate nature. It is part of life.
Art for me,represents more than music.

Whenever I become sad,usually I draw a sketch either copeing something or directly whatever in my mind,...and finally I get relaxed at the end of my sketch!!!!!
So art's education plays a beautiful role for me .

I graduated from fine arts. Actually, I can write on this pages and be a headache for you, but in short, art education made me a marketing expert and gave a profession, but at the same time I've been far away from my "art" path. I think I am in this situation a little sad and a bit confused :)
Arts education made me realize tht everyone's an artist, in one way or another. That life is an art to be enjoyed.
Not too much, just gave me information.
It tought me to write well and that is my most valued skill.

I have been able to draw well and represent every activity as an art.
I don't have formal education in Arts but I liked it so much I became a graphic artist and a photographer... : )
He taught me a little general culture, nothing else I am not an artist or good at arts but I enjoy appreciating the work of those who have talent.

It has done nothing for me. So i deselected it in the 7 or 8 . class :-)
Not having much formal art education, I learned mostly from when my mother took us kids to museums, plays, concerts, etc. I think I learned to appreciate art in nature and the beauty of our world.
Arts education has helped me a lot, reason is i literally don't know how to draw, so with the tutorials and learning i think am improving on my drawing skills.
