Hey! My fav sports to play has always been badminton, it's a great game to play that's extremely tiring. I can barely play like half an hour of it before being being almost physically incapable of playing more LOL
I used to watch a lot of it but I don't have time anymore, but some of those Asians are crazy! Their reaction time and endurance is literally not human.
I played a bit in high school but didn't really play much, now I play it 3 times a week!
I also play volleyball once a week which is also fun.
I think it's extremely important to keep active, especially when you're getting older. It's easy to stay active in high school since there's so much sports involved in it but once it's optional, you have to push yourself to go out and stay fit! I reckon team sports are great as it not only helps you stay fit, it also helps you make new friends which is very important in this age of rapidly advancing technology, face to face is still extremely important.
Not a sports player but a big fan of some teams. Hail to the Redskins! Come on, you Spurs! I mostly like to watch different football codes.

My favorite sport is jogging. I love jogging and like outdoor sport. Jogging is a good exercise for my heart and my body. In this sport is not necessary special clothes or equipment. I do jogging three times a week.

There are three reasons I like sports. First, sports give great coaches and athletes a chance to make instructive and inspiring quotes. Whether it is “Everybody wants to win but few people are willing to prepare to win” or “It ain’t over till the fat lady sings” sports quotes have enriched my coaching, teaching, and my personal life.
The second reason I like sports is it gives you a chance to be valiant. As a youth baseball coach, I did not have an MVP award. I gave out what I called the “DIRTY UNIFORM” award. This was given not to the best player, but to the kid most willing to dive for the ball, most willing to give it his all. In my opinion, you cannot play the game (or life) right without getting your uniform dirty. Although I am more of an endurance sport person, in my younger days I enjoyed playing third base. I saw it as a fight between me and the ball. I even wrote a battle cry “DIG DOWN DEEP!” on my glove. Since you will not find me in Cooperstown, you can guess the ball won quite a bit (including a knockout once). But I still have the willingness to “DIG DOWN DEEP.” I also relish the memories of when I needed a bandage, when I achieved a dirty uniform.
The final reason is my argument against Vince Lombardi’s quote “Winning isn’t everything, it is the only thing.” Athletically I gravitate toward running and cycling. Whenever I cross the finish line, I like to raise my hands in victory. I do this not because I won the race, but because I finished. In longer races, the guy next to you is not the real opponent. The real opponent is the distance, the struggle, and the voice inside you telling you to quit. I learned in running, the longer the distance the friendlier the other runners were toward me. This is because we all are fighting the same enemy, and it is not each other. I have crossed the finish line before as the last finisher of the race. But….. I finished. That means more to me than being first place.

The Arsenal Manager had a successful last home game on Sunday and it was fun to read that he was honored by his club and his players also won the match.
I love sports but I am not a fanatic. At the moment, I support Manchester United but can't remember the last time I saw any of their matches. I play football when I am chanced.

About the El Classico this past weekend the Referee was not fair to Real Madrid, they had a clear-cut penalty and the Referee ignored it and even the Barcelona second goal, Suarez fouled varane to score assist for that goal but the Referee ignored it to gift Barcelona the draw and they continued their unbeaten run.
