Depends what time of the day it is and what day during the week it is -
I am not counting my most fav WATER in my list - cus that's 3 Lts a day by default.
Mornings - Vegetable Juice (Beetroot + Ash Guard) + Milk
Lunch - Yogurt Shake
Before Dinner - Lime Water
Friday Evenings - Chivas Regal
Saturday Morning - Lime Water again (to kill hangover)
Sunday - Green Tea to Refresh the whole system :)
