At the hour, when the next sacrifice was to be made, Golu ready for propitiation, the maiden to be presented had fled. The disappearance was a mystery to the priest. His intestine right in his mouth, fear overwhelmed him knowing the calamity about to befall the village if Wuzu finds its offering wanting. He had no choice but to reveal it. Tension covered young and old. But it's too late making for another maiden.
Every souls in the village were murdered in bloodbath. Some eaten by wild animals, plagues, others, having their stomachs swollen and burst.
