RULES:
Every two hours a telegrammer who posted on our ANN will get 20 2GB.
If multiple telegrammers posted within the 2hrs, the most thoughtful post will get the 20 2GB. (So if you didn't get it, try again the next two hours, because each user can only win a bounty once per day!)
At the end of the day Monday - Friday the most thoughtful post of the day will get an extra 100 2BG!!!
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THOUGHTFUL POST?
Thoughtfulness:
– Genuine questions and follow up questions to earlier questions?
– Are users trying to answer other users’ posts?
Uniqueness:
– Does the post communicate any new information/insights/question?
– Is it someone who has not yet posted and won an award today?
Credibility:
– How frequent is the user on bitcointalk? (post count)
– How trusted is the user? (merit)
