Bloody noisy bastards! They are fantastic birds! And a great shot of them on your arm.
On the way to Melbourne a couple of weeks ago, I picked one up off the side of the highway and took it to a local vet. Hope he was alright. It took a couple of good sized chunks out of my fishing rod handle when I was getting him out of the car, poor thing was terrified as well as hurt and bleeding. And cold. I was pleased it was not my fingers he latched onto, that beak is terrifying.
o yeah they can be fucking noisy thats true. one bit me in the finger as I was trying to get him off my arm. but anyway I like them.
