Materials used
10 lontong fruit, 1 medium young papaya fruit, 2 handful of melinjo leaves, 1 spring onion slice, 1 cup thick coconut milk, 10 tofu split, 4 chilli pepper, salt to taste
Ground spices;
10 onion, 4 garlic, 2 pecan, 2 cm turmeric, galangal, 4 bay leaves, 3 orange leaves
Techniques make it
Cut young papaya according to taste, then boil. Saute spices with galangal smooth, bay leaf, lime leaves until fragrant then input in the stew of young papaya, salt to taste
After that enter the tofu, Pour coconut milk, while in stir well, so the coconut milk is not broken. Finally enter the leaves of melinjo and green onion, cook until done. Serve with sambal and boiled eggs.
