Hi @darthnava, thanks for this contest, have resteemed and upvoted. Here's my favourite sweets 'Bubur Cha-Cha'. This popular Malaysian dessert can easily be identified by the colourful translucent jelly cubes that are the signature of this dish. It is a cold desserts in coconut milk serves with small ice cubes.
In those days, I remember that Bubur Cha Cha original ingredients were simply comprised of sweet potatoes, yam and colourful chewy tapioca jelly cubes with coconut milk and normally served hot. The aroma of sweet potatoes and yam served in hot coconut milk were the best that I can freshly remembered to this day.
Although there many improvements made to the original version, I still prefer the original and more authentic version that gives the aroma and taste of Bubur Cha Cha that made me long those childhood days.
