This is a timely post for me. We have had water come into our living room as a result of our outside sprinkling system not being set up properly. The hardwood floor is showing signs of mold and every day it looks worse. The restoration people have established that the wall is also involved and will have to be opened, and dried to prevent mold growing there. The floor will have to be lifted, dried and replaced.
