Great article! We have a TV and in my opinion if you want the entertainment but not the "news," sports, advertising, ect. Just get a Roku with Netflix or Amazon. You can still watch movies and your favorite shows and what not and it saves hundreds of dollars compared to cable or satellite. That's what we do. Besides, news has a way of traveling without the mainstream media's method of spreading it. :)
