This post was well written and researched, but with all due respect I would have felt alot better about it if post payout was declined. If the goal is to get an opinion from the community on this serious matter, then compensation from it feels a little off.

Please don't take that the wrong way, I admire the post you put together. However, for someone that, let's just say had an inside view of that day as it went down, it really pains me when I see profit made off these talks.
