(RedPill) - Has the US official roll-out of their Directed Energy Weapons begun?

In previous blog posts, in relation to charge clusters/microwaves, I have

• described how they might be the only way to neuter North Korea
• demonstrated evidence that Directed Energy Weapons have been used on the battle field
• That the Russians plan to use them in the MIG6
• That they may allow liquification of metals at below their normal melting point
• That I may have experienced them causing a mini EMP

However, now America seems to want to ensure some of the technology has more means of delivery and is discussing funding for its roll-out.
