I can totally relate, merej99. You know what helped me a lot? Before quitting I went out with friends and smoked like one package in one night. The day after I had the worst hangover in my life. When thinking about smoking I always remember that "last night" and especially the feeling the next day. That´s how I completely lost the desire to smoke :)
