Congratulations on quitting. Extremely difficult as I'm well aware. The hardest part is the hand to mouth oral fixation (reward). Some exchange smoking for food to get their fix and end up a much larger size. I am glad to see you've conquered both @surfermarly ; )

I fully agree. This constant need to put something into your mouth is horrible! Then you actually have to deal with two monsters: the one that demands tobacco and the one that desires ice cream :)
I guess it was surfing that luckily prevented me from falling into that trap in the end...
